We start by giving you advice on which product is suitable for you and your Motorhome, whether it is a complex security system to protect you and your pride and joy, or a simple bike rack to carry your family's bikes.

We liase with your Motorhome manufacture or agent to ensure that the sealants and fitting method is correct for your vehicle, so not to invalidate any warranty conditions.

We will talk you through the installation, (normally with a cup of tea), at which point you can inform us of any preference of your own. A simple damp check will be carried out and the readings recorded on your job order.

We totally respect your Motorhome for what it is, an extension of your home, and take every precaution to protect carpets, upholstery and furniture when working inside and all exterior panels when working outside.

Once the job is complete, we will clean your Motorhome (yes, we are domesticated as well!) and invite you to inspect all areas where work has been carried out.

A full demonstration and any instructions/paperwork will be handed over to you and explained. You will also be given your fitters own phone number, should you have any queries or problems, he's only a phone call away, 24/7.

When, and only when, you are totally satisfied with the completed job, will we ask for payment.
